Meaghan is the founder of Fit Thistle. Formerly a tennis player, she found a love for fitness early on in college. Since then she has recieved several certifications and coached various types of fitness and personal training since 2016.
Meaghan is a fantastic trainer! She does a great job of customizing a workout plan to suit your needs and then helping motivate you to complete it. If you’re looking to get in shape but don’t know where to start, Meaghan has got you covered. Best of all, she came right to my house and was super easy to communicate with when trying to schedule sessions. It’s really amazing what you can accomplish in your own home with the help of someone who really knows what they’re doing! When I started working out with Meaghan as my coach I could not do a single sit up. I could only do four or five push-ups from my knees. The idea of running any distance was laughable. Within a matter of weeks she had me doing actual sit-ups and real push-ups! Within a few months, in a single work out, this late 50s some thing woman was able to accomplish in a single workout: a 1 mile run, 100 ring rows, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finishing it all off with another 1 mile run! Meaghan is a pro. She is patient, kind, flexible, adaptable, and persistent in just the right measure. The fact that she will come to you is a bonus. I can’t recommend Meaghan as a coach highly enough!
